- All Organizations must submit an LOI (no exceptions)
- The Stocker Foundation will have just one competitive grant cycle in 2011
- The Stocker Foundation is restricted by geography. Eligible communities include: Lorain and Cuyahoga counties, Ohio; Pima County, Arizona; Bernalillo and Las Cruces counties, New Mexico, Oakland and San Francisco counties, California; and King County, Washington
- The Stocker Foundation will not accept LOI's for annual or capital campaigns; conferences; deficit financing/debt reduction; government services; individuals; loans; mass mailings; private or parochial schools; public school services required by law; religious exclusivism; research projects; tickets or advertising for fundraising or special events.
